Loyalty Platform with WooCommerce

Tork Club needed a new membership platform where professional salespeople could earn points through product quizzes and redeem them in a rewards shop.

How we build business-critical WordPress.

A WordPress site that a business depends on needs more than a theme and a set of plugins. It needs an architecture built for stability, security, and traffic.

That is what we design for.

Hosting
Our solutions run on Google Cloud, with servers in Helsinki and a backup location in a separate country. We containerise with Docker and Kubernetes, use Cloudflare and Fastly to deliver pages quickly, and apply load balancing and autoscaling so a site stays responsive when traffic rises. If a server runs into trouble, failover keeps things running.
Security
Security is built in from day one. We use role-based access, two-factor authentication, firewalls and bot protection, alongside continuous monitoring and controlled updates to keep business-critical WordPress platforms secure.
Deployment
We work with version control in Git and use CI/CD pipelines, so every change is tracked and can be rolled back if needed. Before anything goes live, we test in a staging environment and run visual regression checks to catch issues early.
Integrations
We also connect WordPress to the systems around it. We build integrations with CRM, ERP, PIM, HR, and payment systems, and for intranets we handle single sign-on and role-based access so each person sees only what is relevant to them.

What happens after launch?

For us, launch is the start of the relationship. Our in-house team operates, maintains, and improves the solutions we build, so responsibility stays in one place.

With a service and hosting agreement, you get a dedicated Customer Care Manager, weekly reviews, daily backups, staging before updates, and a report every six months covering security, speed, and search. A shared service board shows what has been done, when, and how much time it took, while our 24-hour emergency hotline covers urgent issues.

Because operations, development, and hosting all sit with us, there is no passing responsibility between suppliers. When something needs attention, you know exactly where to go.
