Structure before features
Before we build, we define the data model, integrations and load points. This determines what should be custom-built and what can be kept simple.

Custom code instead of a plugin stack
We do not rely on a stack of plugins we cannot stand behind. Where it makes sense, we build the functionality ourselves, so it is documented and free from dependencies that become a problem at the next update. This also supports the shop's performance and security.

Migration and redirects
If an existing shop needs to move, we import products, customers and orders and clean up product data along the way. We set up 301 redirects from the old URLs, so rankings and inbound links are not lost when the shop changes address.

Payment, shipping and VAT, connected
We connect the shop to the payment gateway, shipping carriers and accounting systems your business runs on, and set the VAT rules to match. Then we run test orders from cart to receipt, so the full purchase flow is proven before the shop opens.

Load testing before launch
Before launch, we test the shop under the load that campaign traffic and sales actually create. We measure response times on the front page, category pages and checkout, and fix the points where speed drops, so the shop holds up when it is busiest.
