Jesper and I met by chance at a football event in Latvia.
At the time, I did not have a car, and Jesper offered me a ride to the event. After that, we met several times as friends.
Later, Webnorth reached a point where we needed the right person to join the team. Jesper casually asked if he could be a candidate for the role.
My answer was yes.
What started as a friendship became a job opportunity. And that opportunity has since developed into a strong collaboration.
Jesper was new to the industry when he started. Today, he is one of the strongest customer care managers I know. He has built a deep understanding of our customers, our processes, and the digital solutions we work with every day, including WordPress hosting and ongoing service agreements.
For me, that is one of the best parts of leading a company.
Creating a place where people can grow. Where talent is not only about experience on paper, but also about curiosity, responsibility, and the willingness to learn.
Jesper is a good example of that.
