The knowledge needs to remain after launch

Date:September 24, 2026

This becomes particularly important once a website goes live.

Complex WordPress solutions continue evolving for years. They are updated, expanded, connected to new systems and adapted to new business requirements. It therefore helps when the technical knowledge does not disappear as soon as a project enters a new phase.

That is also an important part of our WordPress service agreements. A client should still be able to get help even when the person who originally developed a particular feature is not available that day.

Our service team has access to developers, QA and DevOps, and the vast majority of tickets are answered within one working day. Critical issues are handled immediately.

For the client, this reduces dependency on individual people and gives them access to the experience already accumulated across the team.

An in-house development team does not mean working alone

Keeping development in-house does not mean every discipline has to sit inside Webnorth.

We regularly work alongside clients’ own marketing teams, SEO specialists, designers and other agencies. Through agency collaboration, we can take responsibility for the technical WordPress work while other specialists focus on their own areas of expertise.

What matters to us is that responsibility for the development itself is clear and that technical knowledge has somewhere to accumulate, be shared and continue developing.

For me, that is one of the biggest advantages of having a strong internal development team.

The experience does not reset every time a project ends. It builds over time. And the more our developers learn from one another, the more that knowledge can benefit the solutions we build and operate.
