Flexibility in practice

Easter is coming up.

For my family and me, that means another trip to Northern Jutland. Fresh air, wind, and a walk by the sea is our way of recharging.

This year I’m also bringing a new book: Mental Overskud by Lea Hellmann.

Daily life at home is a puzzle. Two kids in different institutions, activities, pickups, drop-offs, and two full-time jobs. Project management doesn’t stop when the workday ends.

That is why it matters that flexibility is not just something we talk about at Webnorth.

It is something we actually use, also in the way we structure our work around ongoing collaborations and long-term responsibility.

For me, it means I can disconnect when I am off work and be present where it matters most. And when I work, I can stay focused and sharp.

It is not perfect every day. But it is a structure that works over time, also when the work involves maintenance and optimization of solutions that require stability.
