Last week, I had the pleasure of having August join Webnorth for a school internship.
He followed our daily work closely and got an insight into how we approach customers, projects, and preparation.
From day one, he approached the tasks with curiosity and engagement. He worked on research for a potential client, contributed to a company presentation, and took part in preparing for kickoff meetings, including projects focused on WordPress websites and other digital solutions.
It was clear how quickly he picked things up. He asked questions, stayed engaged, and took responsibility as part of the team.
It is always interesting to see the work through new eyes. It also serves as a reminder of how important it is to explain, structure, and share knowledge in a way that makes sense to others.
School internships at Webnorth are not only about observing from the sidelines. They are about gaining real insight into how the work functions in practice, also in relation to campaign and landing pages, where structure and preparation play a key role.
If this is the level of the next generation of digital talent, the future looks promising.
